Profhilo®
Profhilo (high/low molecular weight hyaluronic acid subcutaneous implant), commonly known as "Counter-clock," is a new type of hyaluronic acid treatment, hailed as "liquid radiofrequency" or the "new-generation elastin-activating injection." It is a regenerative micro-aesthetic injectable focused on skin remodeling and revitalization, developed by the internationally renowned Swiss pharmaceutical company IBSA. It belongs to a brand-new concept of "skin remodeling agent," and through patented NAHYCO® technology, it combines high/low molecular weight hyaluronic acid (HMW/LMW HA) to create an extremely high-concentration (64mg per 2ml) yet stable HCC synergistic complex.
Principle and Features
- Bio-remodeling: It does not pursue immediate volume filling or contouring, but acts as a "bio-remodeling agent." By releasing signaling molecules, it activates the skin's internal regenerative mechanisms, improving aging issues from the root.
- High fluidity and wide diffusion: Unlike traditional hyaluronic acid, Profhilo has extremely high fluidity and diffusivity. Each injection naturally permeates and spreads to a range of about 2-4 cm in diameter, evenly distributed across the dermis and subcutaneous layers, without causing volume buildup or an unnatural feel.
- Fewer injection points: Treatment often uses the BAP five-point lifting injection technique, requiring only a small number of injection points across the entire face to complete the treatment, reducing pain and avoiding the risk of bruising and swelling.
- No chemical cross-linking agents: Profhilo contains no chemical cross-linking agents such as BDDE, offering high tissue compatibility and relatively high safety.

Precautions
- For 1 week after treatment, avoid stimulating foods such as cigarettes, alcohol, spicy, fried, and grilled foods, as well as pickled products, to avoid affecting the injection results and increasing swelling.
- Within 1 week after treatment, do not use stimulating skincare products such as scrubs, exfoliants, whitening products, or various acids.
- Within 1 week after treatment, do not perform other invasive treatments on the treated area.
- Within 2 weeks after treatment, avoid high-temperature environments such as hot springs, baths, saunas, ovens, and steam rooms. Apply sun protection daily and do not over-expose to sunlight.
- Within 2 weeks after treatment, avoid facial lasers, acid peels, and massage treatments until the swelling and redness subside.
